The Year So Far - Fish Numbers Down, Pics to Prove
It's been a bad year in Erie so far. Only been catching fish since August....here are some of the ones we managed to catch though. Broke in a Newbie We had to go further north to find the amount of fish we were looking for. NY was not much better, unfortunately.

I like those shots of the Kings with the hook way IN the mouth.I was having the same thing happen to me with black conehead wolly buggers,had to use a pliers to dig them out.I guess we're a couple liners that figured out how to get the hook IN the mouth.
Nice pictures on the Steel and Browns.

You can't judge the number of fish by the catch rate.. You two could catch the last Steelhead in the state in a mud puddle....  Nice feesh......Those Brownies give me a Woody.....

Loomis, nice fish man. NY has been kickin this year. My brother and i were up last week and had very good results on the browns/steel/bows with a few kings thrown in. Got a 16 and 14 lb brown on one of the streams you and i talked about a while back. There was some freakish browns in there.

Yes, she is a female, and indeed her looks might not have been the best in the world, but she was having a good time w/ her family and father catching fish and they bothered nobody. I'm sure if some of us here had hip boots on chances are we'd be sporting the same look.
