What scent do you use?

I mainly use Tinks Dominant Buck Lure.

It works! Never tried the bomb tho. Like Catchabigone said, It's all about timing.

Estrous bombs are awesome when you have an all day sit during the rut. Other than those I use local urines called Bone Head Scents for my buck, basically to make scrapes with.

if u kill a buck in the rut, Cut the tarsal glands off of your buck. Put them in a quart jar. Try to get some off his urine when you gut him and put that in the jar with the glands. Get some everclear 190 proof or the highest proof u can find and pour in enough to just cover the glands. Put on the lid and shake and up every couple months until the next deer season. The longer it sits the better it gets.

I switched to Hunter Specialty products by accident one year because Walmart was out of the more popular products. I put it on my decoy and it brought in several deer and I've used it for 3 years since then. I don't know why it worked for me, but I'm guessing because the deer were used to smelling all types of stuff and this made them curious. I don't know.

I made a mock scape this past Monday and spayed Code Blue urine in it. Set up on it Tuesday and had a 6 or 8 point scratch it, sniff it just before first light. Then a monster sniff it 10 minutes later.
First time anything has ever worked for me.

I have used all the above mentioned stuff I am not sure if it worked or not seems as though the bucks i shot were going from a to b for what ever reason. i have not tried the homemade stuff sounds interesting. but the other day i used the code blue made a mock scrape the stuff is supposed to be good for 30 days. anyway 6:00 saw a buck 60 to 70 yards away blew my doe call he stopped a few more calls started towards me stopped turned made a bee line right to the mock scrape i just made hours earlier . couple more steps slight quartering away the dead head reaper removed the connection between the heart and lungs he was dead before he knew it. not a great buck but nice rack and good body size. i also have used the buck bombs they smell like he ll cant say if they work for sure

First scent I bought was Tinks way back , and that's all I have in my bag of tricks to this day.

Know a guy used to rub a peeled  apple on a tree till there was nothing left to see- They come up and lick it --and it doesnt mess up the area when your gone with all kinda Deer scents all over every place you and others have been.
 Fella  used to squirt Tarsel and or Doe in Esterous all over every place he ever sat in the woods- gotta confuse them by mid season lol.
 Kinda like a young guy tryin to figure out what Gin Mill the girls are REALLY  hanging in.

Has anyone used Wind Pro scent???????/
