Parking Elk Creek

Where can I park without walking real far ( taking the old man fishing) on Elk creek to fish the water from Uncle Johns and up stream from there?I heard you have to pay to park at the camp ground...

    If u go past camp stay to the left there is a lot to park there if u don't wanna pay

    Go down the other side of the creek to the launch and park in the paved parking lot.   Then elbow your way in at the log jam.
