Don't forget to buy that new license before you hit the streams on Monday.  They will be out and checking licenses next week, it is a sure source of revenue!

Got mine last week.  Worst part was still having to pay the $10 for the doe tag even after I was denied.

I guess that is NY for you  (heck the whole country),  I just paid for another thing or service that I wont get .

You'd been better off taking that $10 to the casino and seeing if you can make it grow. What's weird is some people haven't gotten a doe tag in years and they keep going after it while others score any place they want them. So much for wait your turn

I usually get one every other year in my area.  Never gone more than the 3rd year.   If I had really wanted one there are a few zones with very high %, but I don't travel to hunt.  Just go in my back yard.   The % is supposed to go up every year you are denied and IIRC it is 100% the 4th year in my area, but yes there always seems to be a few guys around here that get them every year too.

Not an issue.  I purchased my lifetime license nearly twenty years ago.
