Yes. Cabelas 3 mil  waste high felt sole boot foot. Been using the same pair for 5 yrs. without any leaks. I like them for steelhead fishing and they get used a lot. Have to wear boot foot due to back pain, easy on and off. Would wear breathables, shoes but can't get in and out of them without help. I prefer hip boots for all the small PA and small NY tribs, use the waders only when fishing the Catt. or Erie off the mouths of the creeks.

I have a pair of Cabelas breathable waist highs and I like them a lot.  The only times I've wished I had the higher ones were the few times I've slipped in the water and got water down inside when falling.  A few times the chest high ones would have maybe kept me dry.  I do have a pair of chest high ones for when it is really cold but I've only worn them once in 3 years.  Mainly wore them in case I fell hoping the higher ones would keep me dry so I could keep fishing.
