Cancer in Brown Bullhead

Hey guys!  Not sure if you guys are aware, but over the past several years about a quarter of brown bullheads being caught in Presque Isle are showing malignant tumors on their bodies, particularly their face/mouth.  My biology professor and I are going out to catch them in presque isle the next few nights in hopes of studying them.  He really hopes to study this and determine the cause of the cancers.  He is an expert in aquatic life and water pollution.  The only problem is that I never fish specifically for catfish.  So if any of you guys no a spot on the peninsula to catch brown bullhead please comment or PM me.

Still more research to be had on weather the liver/other tumors are correlated to water quality. Thats the big debate in determining taking the bay off the area of concern list. Dont fish the lagoons because they dont believe that area is part of the bay were the concern is.

    Good luck
