Fall smallies

Anyone been out on the main lake for smallies. Looking to make our first trip ever for fall smallies. Been coming up for past 6 years for early spring but never this late. Any info would be appreciated

    I was supposed to go today for the weekend, but the rainy forecast for tomorrow kept us home.  Really hate spending $90 to drag the boat up to fish one day.  Won't have a chance to be back til the 21st.
     
    Tubes and dropshot....15'-18' early then 20'-50'+ as the sun gets higher.
