North American Fishing Club

Got an offer in the mail from the "North American Fishing Club." The offer states that all i have to do is fill out a voucher, mail it back with $1 and I will be enrolled in their "product testing" program. They claim you will be sent free gear to try out and report whether it was good or not.
 
Anyone ever get these offers in the mail?
Seems like a scam.

    Not a bad club IMO. I am a member and got a couple of nice fishing knives.

    I quit it. The mag was ok...just barely ok...
    all I ever got for 'testing' was some bait holder hooks, some split shot that couldn't be opened once they were closed,
    and these funny little jig 'disks' that go on the eye of a jig to make it 'swim' .

    Use a disposable email address when corresponding or you might get tons of spam
