Erie channels

Where can i get into some lake erie channels? I'm in erie for another day and I tried walnut creek already with no luck =( any info is much appreciated, i'm looking for somewhere around presque isle bay,

i tried liver, worms, maggots, and live minnows so far

    i was there saturday and missed a channel on a 4 inch chub on the pier at walnut but i was told anywhere on the north pier is pretty good , and the mud hole on elk but thats tricky getting to good luck

    After he reeled in, he asked the Chub what bit it. Either that, or he analyzed the bite radius of the teeth marks left on his bait.

    ill clarify myself i had the fish on and he got off  trying to net it down the pier a ways

    Tried all around the piers, by the monument, and the peir on presque isle with no luck. Just a small bullhead by smuggler's wharf last night

    Try 7-9 inch chubs.Need big baits sometimes. Big ones want a mouthful
