ABOUT THE EPSFA TOURNAMENT

hello all! I am a young college student and the last few years have been going out on my fathers boat for walleyes....he fishes for perch
-_-. I enjoy the walleye fishing greatly. I was wondering if there was any way of becoming an observer on a open divison teams boat. I would gladly love to participate and maybe learn a few things along the way.  I am well experienced in fishing all kinds and just wanna learn some more about these walleyes.
