Honestly if I didn't live two minutes from it, I wouldn't fish it.  Not trying to hide some Honeyhole, just saving you from wasting gas.

i also live within a few miles of it and find it completely undesirable....it has the potential to be decent but the regulations currently in place have imprisoned it as a cesspool.... i fish it here and there and i always regret doing so....not even a good spot to take the kids for panfish imo....

Electrofishing survey in May looks good.  No big fish, but good numbers it looks like..

Fished it this morning, had nothing better to do. Caught 4 bass in about an hour. Largest was about 10 inches. All caught on a small 4 inch finess type worm. Pond does have a fairly high concentration of bass, but most are on the small side. No live bait, 2 bass 15 in min, and 10 crappie/sunfish limit.
    Good luck and good fishing!

Maybe I am misunderstanding your post. Is live bait prohibited there?

I believe nightcrawlers are permitted, there is a sign with the regulations posted --- use of live bait prohibited. I assume this means minnows and such. There was another guy who was there when i got there and he said he had caught 5 bass ,and i saw him catch 2 more, but they looked pretty small.

the sign isn't correct...the 2012 regulations book states use of "live fish" prohibited. ...
the bass population needs thinned and putting 15 inch regulations on isnt the way to do it

Fished it last night and caught three, a 6", 8", and a 10" on whacky worm (GM "senko") and a weightless NetBait T-Mac.
