New , rare species, establishing a foothold in area

There is an article in my local newspaper about a species of bird, the black vulture, that has established a breeding population and is here to stay.  The once rare black vulture has now settled in the lower Hudson Valley.  This bird, along with other species such as moose, black bear, moutains lions, are showing that their ranges, once thought to be static, are ever changing.  For the article in its entirety go to www.lohud.com Vultures Everywhere.
