Project Healing Waters Fall Steelhead Outing

The Northwestern Pennsylvania Fishing Association will be hosting a PHWFF Steelhead outing on November 9 110and 11th.
 
The main reason for this post is to reach out to the community and see if anyone has access to some waters we could take the Vets to fish away from the Crowds.
