Bobber with a brain

Its a float straw bobber that you dont need 2 tie a bobber stop to fish right off the bottom.Worked pretty good.Local guy from Latrobe invented it.Give it a try.

This seems. Interesting to say the least. But for $200, id like to be sure that it wouldn't get snagged or anything like that...

I had a castable fish-finder a few years ago,I believe it was called a (smart cast) it transmittted fish symbols & depth to a reciever that I wore like a watch. Even had a hole in the back that you could attach a line to so that when you found fish you could put bait in front of them.Worked fairly well, but as I recall you could not recharge the battery.I think that the price was approx. $75. I used a spare rod with heavy line to insure that I would not cast it off, never used a trailing line for fear of getting snagged.  sam
