Lyman Run Lake and stream

Heading up for 5 days next week. Anyone know anything about the fishery? What should I expect? Are there any other species besides trout in the stream or the lake, or should I only bring my trout gear? Any info would be much appreciated. This is my fath-inlaw's trip, and I'm just along for the ride.

Thank you in advance.

Thanks for the info. Guess I'll be leaving my muskie stuff at home. How big is the creek? I'm guessing my 4 wt might be better than the larger flyrods.

    Thanks again,

creek is not real big. may want to try east fork of sinnemehoning since your in that area. That is my favorite stream. It runs from cherry springs to wharton.
there are a lot of small streams that run into creek that have natives.
