UL reel for trout, smallies, and panfish

I recently made a topic asking if anyone knew what might be wrong with my BPS reel, and have decided to return it and try my luck with something else. I am looking at getting a shimano saros 1000, but don't feel like missing out on any more fishing opporutunities, so I figured I'd wait a day to place the order and see what you guys use when it comes to UL.

    i like the pfluger president...i have mant of them and none have ever given me any issues...very smooth and wont take you broke!

    love my okuma ignite IT-10 on a 4'9" fenwick. when I'm throwin bait at trout, this is the only setup i use. reel at fishusa for $32.

    For 500 sized reels I used the Pflueger Trion 4520 for 5 years and it still works great. I just moved up to a Shimano Symetre 500 this spring after getting a Symetre 2000 last year for summer fishing. After years of fighting it I have to admit that Shimano's are awesome. They are more but worth every penny.
