Do the long strands of green grass(weeds)below the outflow and to the bridges make for poor fishing conditions. Was there last week and went down-stream and waded back almost to the R/R bridge and saw no sign of fish, crawfish, or minnows. Felt like I was fishing the Cassleman in it's mine drainage days. Also was there when they stocked trout below the out flow and saw how fast 8 buckets of fish can leave the area. What puzzles me is that of all the fish I saw put in and the only place that held any was the out-flow area and the fast water just below it. This is supposed to be prime water. No life and full of heavy grass and weeds is not prime water to me.
