keystone state park

6th paragraph down under april 4th, Are you allowed to fish at keystone? I thought you couldnt fish anywhere stocked for opening day till opening day?

    That is not Keystone State Park which is in Westm'd Cnty & is approved Trout water, that is in Armstrong Cnty & is not approved trout water,although they do occasionaly stock excess trout in there. sam
