    That's an odd picture of a snakehead. They are more cylindrical in shape. It's also a bit dried out as the teeth are more concealed than what is shown. It looks much like the dried specimens of piranha that show the exposed dentition. I'm not suggesting that this is a dried piranha.The Asian food market is one way they may have gained entrance to U.S waters, but many tropical fish hobbyists also released their pets into Forida waters where they would thrive. Not so long ago it was possible to legally buy at least 2 types of snakehead through the fish hobbyist trade.There are several different species and one of them, the Giant Snakehead , easily reaches lengths of 4'. Snakeheads have been confirmed in several north eastern states also.

    Snakeheads have been confirmed in several north eastern states also.


    Its more desirable than having brown trout in your watershed

    IMO I would let them fight with a 90gr hollow point and then let them lie where they fall for critter food.
