Whats it called?

There is a creek that runs under West Mcmurray road near cannonsburgh lake. Not far from route 19. There is a small dam that can be seen fron the road. There seems to be a parking area on the east side of the streem. Looks fishy. There is also one that runs under morganza road near the maple ridge housing complex. Questions:
1) Are these the same creek?
2) What is the name or names of the creek or creeks?
3) Are they stocked trout waters?
4) Do they hold any small mouths?
5) Is there public parking on the east side of the stream?
