Great float trip on the river 3/27/2012

Made a trip with Richard Thomas of Shane Thomas Salmon River Guide.com or (gottumguide@msn.com)We had a great day and Rich is a great guy who worked very hard to get us on fish. We went 10 for 18 , one small brown and the rest steelhead. all taken on beads. I was useing my pin and my brother inlaw was useing a spinning outfit with float. There are fish all over the river. We saw many fish on beds all day. The fish are there and all you have to do is get them to take. This was my fourth trip with one of the Thomas brothers and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to make a float trip. They work very hard and all you have to do is show up.

    10 for 18 quite impressive... I have heard nothing but good about Shane Thomas....

    I know that I enjoy sitting in a boat with a guide and catching drop backs all day, than sitting in some back room wallowing in selfpity and jealously telling other people about my problems while sucking on the nipple of a bottle.

    you are an idiot for shelling out big $ for Guide (any GUIDE) for dropbacks..
