Got minnies at Caruso's last night. There is/was also a shop on Rte. 30 in north huntingdon (across 30 from Spitz), name escapes me, that also spammed craigslist boat section last year. I called last year and other than wanting an arm and a leg for small fatheads, they had bait.

Duncan Hardware in Jeannette behind BP on Lowery Ave... Has minnows just be sure to get to your destination quick he stores them in the Lawnmower repair area and usually some grass cuttings in there he has regular fatheads and "Red" ones... Price is a tad bit higher then a bulk shop but in a pinch they are pretty quality...

Yeah, I did a quick search and couldn't find anything online but I know there was a lot of spam on Craigslist for it last year.

I guess if he didn't get permission from the Twp., the neighbors complaining probably did him in.

I always hit either Tackle Unltd or Shadlures. Occasionally I'll hit that little one out 51 by Rostraver. All have decent fish. What I don't get is Tackle Unltd's hours...what kind of fishing shop is open 9-5?! By 9 i've already been on the water for 2 or 3 hours! And they are closed on Sundays! Close on a Tuesday or Wednesday like Shadlures does. Shadlures has a bell that you can ring if he's not in the shop and he'll walk over from next door and take care of ya too. Tackle Unltd usually has a better selection of fish tho.

I asked the one guy that works at TU if they carried Shimano baitrunner reels and he told me "No way they are crap and they will probably be out of business in a few years". Cmon man just cause you don't carry them don't hate on them. My 8000D and 12000D Baitrunners are 2 INCREDIBLE catfish reels let me tell you.

+1 on the TU hours. I'd think they could double their profits with hours of business that fit their customers available time... I'm assuming their bait machine is moved outside during warmer months? Other than that, it is a nice shop, good selection and friendly staff.
