Clint, one extra step-but I put my pictures on Picassa 3 by Google first, which will size them, and I can crop, add fill light and label my pics before I export them to Photobucket. If you size them at 800  on Picassa they will fit the site. Send them from Photobucket as a full size IMG file. Once you get use to it, it's very quick and easy. Picassa is a free download and will store all your pics in files automatically from your camera uploads.
Ties are looking good. Streamers will be gettin' hammered soon. Going to swing some Friday.

Clint, very nice way to be bored.. heck man can you be that bored to tie me some..lol
Remember, that fly you did, for the swap ? I had 2 fish on it and musta been a 20 lbr to straighten the hook out..lol..

The red bead was the trigger IMO as thats what we been having luck with, a trigger..
Yes it is fast becoming streamer time.. Looking to get into the "swing" of things more on friday I still want a photo of a fish with a swap fly too..

Great job and nice ties.. You "can" get some satisfaction catching fish with things that are made by your own 2 hands..

Hey Clint, nice pics. If you have a windows computer, download irfanview. Its free and you can do a batch resize and rename if you want. If you want your pics to not be larger than a webpage keep them 640 x 480 or proportionally smaller. Keep up the good work!

Yea Dime I used yours as a template and started using feathers for the wing and beard. It seems they have been keying on red all winter so a red angora thorax on some and red feathers for wings on others. Made the thorax a little larger than I had been and it looks more natural. I also used the streamer I got in the swap for the template for the streamer.
Thanks for all the tips on the resize I will try later as I have a few more pictures to post. I bought a big bag of feathers at the craft store for like $3 so steamers here I come.

You and tuna are spot on clint... they often need a target to entice that strike. But never forget about plain jane ;)

Also remember, you can tie that same pattern in all different color variations... I find as late season approaches I do better with a longer shanked nymph and don't be afraid to use a neutral color like brown over the black body.
