DEER FOTOG-LEADER

Camera specs, price, reviews by you..

Loved the pretty flower pic - amazing detail..

My beloved, best buddy Kodak pocket digital is on last leg - but refuses to die..

LED screen = blank - about 2 months ago.
Therefore, cannot do anything but on/off-click pics into memory card...

no zoom,or all the other features...are available - I'ze don'tz readz blurrrz..

I'm not looking for a super-expensive camera, waterproof not necessary either, looking at interwens I can pick up a model with more mexapickles than what I have for under $100..

I'm curious as to what you got, and if anyone else recently bought anew one - what they have..

I'm still going to stay wiff my trusty old Kodak till it completely dies - which may be never or later today - it's taken lots of pics for me, never freezes, can use buttons with gloves.. I Likey... Too bad Kodak discontinued it - VT4570 or something like that...or else I would buy the same thing again.

let see what u gotz Slammo.

Looking for same info but waterproof. Kodak has great optics in a crappy body. The more compact the better.I love the pix, otherwise it is a hot oil release.

I got a Nikon coolpix aw100. Bought for the wife but she thought pics were blurry. Turns out she had it on a soften image setting and now its mine;) Camera is a caddy.
She got herself a sony cybershot- 16.1 mp. great pics- 160 bucks.
If you're interrested I have my olympus 550WP I didn't use much. Waterproof and all that. Have floatie and xtra battery/charger and big memory card. 50 would get it. great little camera but the Nikon is waterproof so...

I bought a Nikon D40 last week-wanted something a lot lighter and more compact than my D1
Did not realize that all of my expensive AF lens don't work with it.
i don't want to take a big loss on the lenses so I will probably sell the camera

Most of my photos are from a Nikon coolpix 995, 2500 or 3500 I like the rotating lenses
The macro photos are pretty good and either camera is around $50 on ebay used
