Hey Mountain Man    Not that it matters but i fish with a man that tells me that the picture that you have posted is really a picture of you. (WOW ) and he said that you paint your fingernails black is that true ?  I have never seen anyone looking like that while i was fishing.

If it doesn't matter then why would you ask?....and If you did see someone that "looked like that" when you were fishing, why would that matter, either?

Just asking.....

Mt. Man does his own thing, nonetheless hes a super cool dude and good fisherman. Not being rude, but just saying...Can't ever judge a book, brah.

Fished yesterday, caught 2 bows. Didn't see any carp in a shallow bay that usually holds some in summer/fall. But that doesn't mean a sunny morning won't bring em in.

I fished 4 spots at the lower lake without a hit. Went to the upper and got 2 in less than an hour.

I fished Seghis (the biggest pond #3?) a few times and took a couple pots, never fished the others. If they're hitting there I'm sure they're active enough lol

I don't have much confidence in any of my baits, I only seem to catch them when i'm not expecting it.. last year I tossed a worm in the muddy water on the lower lake at the far end and pulled out a 29" carp then a few weeks later I got a 30" on a corn meal ball, neither have worked since and nothing else has either lol.. but at indian lake (the small one by rillton) bread floating on the surface catches about 5 in 2 hours

this time of year use an easily digested bait. no complex proteins. also, if you're going to twin lakes, you might want to take some sort of dynamite. not for the fish per se, but the throngs of annoying people pestering you the entire time. unless they don't come out this time of year. i don't know. i won't fish there anymore.
