It is all melting and should be opened back up by tomorrow. What a weird season and it has to be tough on these bait shops with there being almost no ice fishing season.

I only fish Wallynutt when there is ice.And I catch fish.Thats how I roll.

Creeks were a good flow today (well Walnut at least) and there are plenty of fish still around. The flow could change quickly though because we are getting some snow tonight and tomorrow in Erie.

There are plenty of fish in Walnut and I have fished both in the Asbury Woods area recently and closer to the lake. The fish are very spread out and many of them are older, beat up, but they are still there. It is also interesting that many of the guys I talked to who were fishing in the marina or on the wall were doing very well. It seems that several new fish are exploring and cruising around near the mouths of the streams. The high water levels this year have basically given the fish the ability to travel where they want and come and go as they please.
