Ice at Deer Lakes

Does anyone know if Deer Lakes has been getting skim ice? A friend of mine wants to try tomorrow but not if there isn't any open water.

    Can't say for sure as I haven't been there, but I'd imagine that the fountains there with the warmer temps would keep some of the water open on the middle and lower lakes.

    Ice on local lakes lately. North park included. Could be iffy.

    Went fishing today.  Ice covering large lake.  Small lakes have ice on the edges.  Fishable is some spots.  Caught a few Trout on spinners.
