 PENN 49M SUPER MARINER Deep Sea Fishing Reel
Comes in original box with wrench, Penn paper shipping wrap and
clamp ("enclosed" bolts are not in sealed package)
Convertible star drag
Free spool action
Hi-Gear ratio 3 1/2 to 1
Approximate capacity 350 yards 36lb nylon or 30lb Dacron
Narrow-Makes it better for use with lead core or wire lines
When I bought this, I thought it was new but after further inspection I see that it was probably used very little.
M is the designation for older reels that used a metal spool-newer ones use aluminum
