Loomis,They always slow down as the water gets colder, that is why baitfishermen do better than lure throwers now on average. Also while I am sure that there are a lot of trout left, they are pretty much scattered now. I usualy catch more now from about 11 am to 3pm,also watch the surface when you can to spot small rises then cast to them if possible & scale down your lure. The fish that we were catching were very close to the surface,about 18" down.If you have time try the wooded side of the lower lake, It gets very little pressure year round. As far as numbers go,remember that when the club put fish in the first week of Nov. they only put approx. 150 nice trout in each lake,if the majority of guys don't release the fish,it doesn't take too long to thin the numbers even with the small amount of guys out. sam
