Good luck to you too, trout.

Went and moved a buddy's ladder stand today (which i wish he'd a done it two weeks ago but it's his hunt).  He had a lifeline to the top but we haven't figured a way to stay strapped in while doing the final descent.. so he took it off while at the top.  The pegs at the base of it were on a few flat "artifically placed" rocks.  What you think happened when he loosened the ratchet ?   We were made a plan prior and he needed it.  The stand kicked out from under him and fell.  He hunged the tree.  Slid down from 16 feet.

My reports and advice are for everyone to enjoy, not just the paying customers.
