    I will help a bit
    What are:
SOE Rippers?                           Do not know what SOE  or Slob is but a ripper is a snagger or a lifter, they are sight fishing and just snagging fish.
Stealth Rippers?                       Stealth ripper could be a flosser who has along leader and waits for fish to swim by floss the line in it's mouth
    Slob Rippers?
    Never Evers?                          Don't know
break rifs?                              Don't know    unless it is a break or seam in Riffles
Winter areas (for Steelhead)     Deeper pools  above and below rapids are nice winter areas for steel
OTB's Off The Boaters (who)      People who drift boat down park and get off the boat   ?????
and what is with the DSR? Who owns what?   Barclay owns from just above the Estuary to almost the balck holeit is pay to fish $45 a day.  They are SUPER strict and keep a tight lid patrolling  that place
