Our Bear Season

It started off on Saturday really early and ended with no bears down in our party. But a 281 lb bear was shot in our clear cut. On Monday we decided to hit the same clear cut in our climbers and my Dad finally struck gold after chasing pa bears for 29 years he knocked down his first ever

live weight 153lbs and dressed 131 femal

On Tuesday we decided to hunt the clear cut again and push a little bit and my uncle struck gold on his very first year ever bear hunting at face to face with a bear at 10 feet. The bear had sneak in on him and he turned not knowing there was a bear there and was rather excited and shot and dropped him in his tracks

the bear was 140 lbs live dressed out at 120 male

On Monday my cuz shot this monster not in our party

520 live male

another

My cuz party had killed that monster along with a 200lb and 81 lb.

I haven't failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.

Congrats.  Nice bear.  What county were they shot in?

Congrats on the bears.  Those guys are 1/3 of the way through the PA Grand Slam.  Best of luck completing it!
