8 pt

Shot some jerky meat. Not the monster I was hoping for, but didnt see much in the way of quality this year from stand or on cams. 16.5" inside 8 pt. Came in chasing 2 doe. Passed on a few smaller bucks earlier on in the season, but sightings overall were lower than last year. Now will be concentrating on helping a couple of mentored youth hunters during rifle.

Just an fyi, that is the exit hole showing.

-Ps. for any legal beagles, the tag was removed, laying on the workbench 2 feet away from the deer and the deer was skinned and butchered minutes after the pic was taken.

I didnt think you needed a tag to poach deer.

    Very nice Wayne!

S-10, I saw one last night that looked to be a shooter until I realized that he broke the end of his main beam, G2, and G3 on one side and on the other side had a brow, 8" G2, and a busted G3.  I have honestly never seen a rack that busted up before.  He had gone from a decent 8pt at some point to now being a busted up (non-legal) 5pt

Don't you just hate it when a buck your hunting finally shows up and has turned his rack into junk.
