fish kill...again...

saw this when I was leaving for work this morning...cecil twp.

    that sucks.  im guessing that the little stream runs into millers run...  at least it seems the DEP is responding which is a minor victory in itself.
     
    take a look on google maps and tell me what color the last mile of millers run is...

    Bottle of pesticide found in the water is believed to be the culprit...this according to the 11PM news.
