Finally...

Since moving to Athens I have had only one other chance to fish and that day I could not buy a bite. So, Monday found us back in Fairview and I walked one of my favorite streams. Caught two, yes my stringer is yellow and they are smoked.

Here is the first. He was old and cold, no real fight at all.


Here is the second.


I have no idea why that fish is upside down. I flipped it and flipped it in photobucket, but it still comes out like that.


And here is my contribution to the favorite drink on the stream pics. I usually go for a dry Canadian brew, but this was specially imported by Aldi of Germany.

    Glad you got into some!

    As for the upside down pic, it looks right to me.  If you clear your cookies on your browser (you'll have to log in again), it will show up correctly for you.  Looks right to the rest of us!

     Looks like you had a jar of cherry juice with you too. I see you dropped a couple cherries in the first pic
