Finally got out
Was able to finally find a few hours on Saturday to get out and try out the new rainshadow....Elk was high and muddy, so headed over to 20 Mile with Mossy Oak. Wasn't too many people, and was able to find a nice run to pin..Had a couple hookups right away, but getting used to the new rod took a few...Ended up the day 10 for 24. White BT Sacks were the best..Really like the new rod...light, has a good back-bone, and really like the hook-set of it..

We did really well on Saturday at the Elk, that is why I asked. It was prime for drifting eggs imo.

It's a RX7 13' 2 piece. Did a little better with it on Saturday. Tied a single egg dropper off my egg sac Didn't have any beads with me. Also helps when you don't use year old Pline leader  ...

I had leader issues Fri. as well T....gotta order me some new stuff....prob. woulda beached 30+ instead of 20 had my fluoro been fresher ~Over & Out - Team Pottsie
