Was excited.......
Coming up early Tuesday-Friday. Just looked at the weather not looking good. Looks like just about a total washout :( If these prdictions come true it looks like pretty much all the creeks will become unfishable! ughhhh.... Don't have the option to cancel and go another week and this is more than likely the only time i'll make it this year. Wish I could control the weather..........

You'll be fine it won't be a total wash out. There's always fishable water in Erie. If you need help pm me I'll be out today hammering some fish

As mentioned above, don't let it ruin your trip. Erie weather changes, the forecasts should not be relied upon, and you can always find fishabke water somewhere. Pay attention to the water gauges on this site, and ask around a little bit.

Pinning is much harder to become good at than throwing flies, but much quicker.. if that makes sense. Nothing better than throwing a trott mid-drift to make your nymph rise and controlling drag with your finger.
MMM hotdogs in my belly make me happy guy. My wife says no no kyler, you stop eating you getting bigger you will need new waders

tried that Saturday...didn't work at all. Was a total washout. I'm sure it was a total washout on every stream with the amount of rain that we got Fri night and during the day Sat. However I bet those smaller mile streams were some of the first fishable water on Sunday when the water started receding. He is going to to be up there for 4 days. Chances are the streams will get blown out once at some point the way the forecast looks, but will not be a total washout every day. When Elk / Walnut become un-fishable, you can sometimes get a couple more hours in on the smaller mile streams if you leave right away. Then hit them again first thing the following morning when other streams are still blown out but starting to recede.
