My fishing buddy has used frozen eggs that were 2 years old and caught fish on them.  If your froze them right away and they were in good shape then, they should be good now.  This year I'm going to try freezing batches in the smallest zip lock bags and just take 1 small bag each trip.

There was a post recently from Shutupandfish also about using frozen eggs if you can find it.  If it wasn't on this site it may be on a neighboring state site  just to the west.

What did you freeze them for if you didn't intend or question using them?

They'll work just fine, man. I'm sure fresh might work better...but the frozen ones will work too.

Done it for years. Worked fine. I do think fresh is better. Proved that by alternating with fresh (few hours old) and frozen/thawed. Fresh was much better for me.
