Blown Out?

Im not going to mention any names here but, Has any one ever read the fishing reports about Elk Creek being blown out and then checked a someone's live web cam and the creek still looks low. It just don't add up!I just looked at the web cam (7:04pm) it is dark here and it still looks like it is nice and sunny there.

Cameras can do that. They have better optics than mere humans.

checked elk creek this eve, good flow but low visibility, fishable by all means.  still raining on and off up here.  ground is saturated so it any rain over 1/2 to 3/4 of a inch could possibly blow them out.

Going to check em out in an hour or so but looking at the gauges I would guess a blow out on the west side anyways.
