1 FLY Itinerary 2011

1 FLY Itinerary 2011
Event starts and is held at Folley's End Campground Pavilion

10/07 Night before Eat & Greet: Crowley's
meet and greet 7-8, meet vets and guests at 7:30
eat from 8-9
10/07 Poker Tourney See Deetz
Sign up 4-6pm at campground pavilion. Starts 7:00pm $20.00 entry donation

10/08 1 FLY entry registration 6-8:00am (you should be already preregistered)
10/08 1 FLY Commentary; Jack will fill you in about event.
This will be during registration before leaving to fish
10/08 1 FLY start fishing time 8:30am
10/08 1 FLY check in with score sheet no later than 1:00pm!!
(If you're late you'll get penalized 1 point for each minute late. After 15 min. it goes to 2 points per minute)
10/08 1 FLY eats around 1:30pm
10/08 1 FLY games. After eats. games played in the field

There is a lot of commotion in the morning and the fewer the questions the smoother things will go so we all can go and fish.

    oh ya, we try to conclude the event by 5:00pm. except for the poker tourney.
    if you plan on participating in the games please have your FLY ROD with you. a bright fly, so we can see it, will make it more visible to all.
    jack doesn't give me a lot of time to complete the games so be ready when i announce the games.

    I always thought 15 minutes was more than enough time! LOL take all the time you want. You can even get some "help" and have people play after they eat while others are eating.
