In need of steelhead

I just cleaned about 50 pounds of mushrooms and now I need a steelhead to go with them.....They say this will be a great year for mushroom hunters.

    yep...cleaned 2 big sheephead today myself...:)

    i have found an abundance of chantrelles this year so far one sheep and lots of chicken mushrooms they go good fried with some crappies and perch yum!!! also the seng is good this year found a good 47-50 year old root best find of mylife so far!!!!!
    never cooked steelhead with mushrooms do they go well together????

    mushrooms onions and peppers go great over a stellhead fillet or steak... of course butter and garlic as well...

    been tough for me like i said only one sheep oh well chantrelles are good too bringing the little lady up to the tribs this weekend hope she at least gets a hook up can't wait gonna be a good time
