perch temp reading

Hello Everyone.

Since I am fairly new to the sport of fishing, I was hoping to find a little guidance on these boards. I was curious to know if their is some where online to get adequate bay water temprature readings. Also, when do perch begin to be present in the bay? Is it around the same time steelies began their way into the creeks? Thanks all.
