New but Old Guy

I always think it is a proper to thhing to introduce yourself so here it goes

My name is Jess and I have been fishin since the age of 5 with my father. He tought me how to tie my first fly at the age of 10 and I have been hooked since. My eyes are not what they used to be but upon a night of insomnia I decided to finally start talking with you fine people on here since I have been following the messaging system for a few years but usually most during the steelhead season. Retired Math teacher from New Jersey and just recently moved back to my hometown of Butler. Hope to be of some help to those in need and learn what I havve not already read through the many books I have aquired throughout the years.

Thanks,
Jess Penrod

I was hoping there were some women fisherpeople here it looks as if I have come to the right place. Always a nice thing seeing ladries out fishing the steelhead runs in the GL Region. So what has everyone been up to this summer? Let's see the goody bags. I read the page on pictures. Seems I am overcomplicating. Where would you folks recommend an account for picture sharing?

kmp was a young kid here who rubbed some the wrong way. i guess he rode his bike all over the bay area and was a fishing machine.

welcome, penrod. glad you could make it. some good fishing down your way, too.
