new to catfishing

I'm from Fayette County, Pa. I go catfishing at paylakes but thats getting too expensive. Wondering if there are any good places in the county to catfish? I especially like nightfishing. I have heard Dunlap and Greenlick but does anybody know where the best place to go is?

Like it was said before, we need to know what type of catfish your targeting. The Mon. is where I would start.

Join the club! There are a few people who had the same happen to them, some were on there for years. It turned into a big ego site and big money, they try to tell you just to buy their junk and nobody elses. I didn't need that crap anymore.

well thats about the short of it, i tried to mantain a good relationship on there becuase there because i run my site and wanted to have a good rep in the catfishing community but i just can't stand when someone is using its members as a way to make a quick buck while passing along junk that they say is better than Abu garcia etc... and anybody that says anything bad about their inferior product even though it might be the truth the comments are quickly erased and they are warned or worse banned for sharing thier opinion. thats the problem i had with it, and i said as much on a different site and was banned for it. I really dont care to be honest i didnt participate that much if at all since i made my site, so whatever If the people there want to pay for junk good for them lol

Joeyfri13 looks like you got a nice site for the local guys who catfish.Lots of the members on the almightys site are like zombies following their idiot leader over a cliff. It suprised me how many people are buying that garbage they sell and talk.

if you want to take a little bit of a drive moraine has some huge cat fish that really arent that difficult to catch. throw on a octopus circle #2 hook and a couple of sinkers and nice peice of chicken liver or raw bacon and wait for the cat to take it. let the octopus cirle do the rest.
