Lake to fryer

One Lake Erie Walleye caught somewhere between Buffalo NY and Sandusky, OH.



Breaded: Flour first, then milk egg and baking powder, then italian bread crumbs



In the frier, fryer, whatever...

    You know you aren't supposed to feed dogs people food.
     
    My vet reminds me of that everytime I tell him that the only time mine throw up is when they eat more than six tacos each.
