Presque Isle

I'm thinking about coming up to Presque Isle tomorrow. Whats the water like? I am planning on fishing in the lagoons and misery bay, but if the water is high and muddy I probaly won't be making the trip. Any details will be greatly appreciated.

    The bay is in great shape. Fish art being caught everywhere. And right now there are boats everywhere.
