Done Son

Finished up on Monday with bird #3 of 4 for PA. Opening day of youth mentor my 9 yr. old daughter smacked a 19 lb. longbeard. First day of turkey her twin brother swung and missed on a two year old (he will need to redeem himself in the near future). As for me, last Wednesday put me on a 22 lb lovesick tom that died at 6:15 am. This past Monday a 23 lb. Mormon Tom came in with two wives, looking for a third. That proved to be a mistake. My daughters had 1 inch spurs and would not quite hang. Both of mine were significantly larger. They came in right side up and got pictures taken swinging upside down from the branches.
