Shades Beach Ramp

Is the shades beach ramp open?
 
If so, can someone please let me know how to get there.
 
I used to keep my Erie boat at the boat storage facility and launch at lampes. So I know the waters well. But now that I no longer have my Erie boat, I'd like to launch my 16ft Starcraft at shades beach. Never launched there before.

    Not sure if its open, but would suggest you keep her right in the center upon entry and exit (keep it clean). May be better this year as lake is up!
