9.9 Merc ury Repair?

Anyone have a recommendation for a good repair guy in the Zelienople area?  It seems as the the lower unit seals on my outboard went bad as it's getting water in and also losing lower unit fluid. 
 
I'm also posting this in the Southwest section too. Hoping to get it fixed soon so i can go out on Lake Arthur.
