Presque Isle Bay conditions?

Hello
 
A couple of us will be making our annual trip to the Bay May 10th - 14th.  Can anyone update me on the water conditions.......clarity and temperature in the Bay?

    Clarity? The bay hasnt been clear in years. Does the temperature matter? Since yer plannin on comin mup anyhow. It should be in the 50's by than. But that varies depending where you are fishin at on the bay.

    I was there yesterday,most of the bay was 51-52 degrees.. Long pond was 58 degrees.. Visiblity was around 1.5-2ft. Caught alot of bass,pig smallmouth in about 2 ft of water..

    Well thanks to all of you.  The fella is right.  Really doesn't matter since we are coming anyway, but it sure helps take the edge off gettin' to talk about it.
